《国际汉语教师标准》与《美国外语教师职前培养项目标准》对比报告

–“美国外语教学协会”与“汉考国际”联合提交

美国外语教学协会（ACTFL）（弗吉尼亚州，亚历山大市）与汉考国际教育科技(北京)有限公司(CTI)联合对《国际汉语教师标准》和由美国外语教学协会及美国教师培养认证委员会共同编制的《美国外语教师职前培养项目标准》进行了详细的对比工作。

我们首先选取了《国际汉语教师标准》中的五条和《美国外语教师职前培养项目标准》中的六条进行匹配度的对比分析。

经对比显示，中美两大标准在目的和基本要素方面存在极高的匹配度：每一条《国际汉语教师标准》约有90%-95%与《美国外语教师职前培养项目标准》中一条或多条相匹配。

美国外语教学协会和汉考国际都致力于有关标准的制定和完善工作，以期对旨在培养高素质语言教师的高校教师培养计划提供指导。

ACTFL, Chinese Testing International present comparison report of Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and ACTFL/CAEP Standards

ALEXANDRIA, VA—ACTFL and Chinese Testing International (CTI) have collaborated to create a detailed comparison of the CTI Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and the ACTFL&Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Standards for Language Teacher Preparation Programs.

The Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages document and the ACTFL/CAEP Standards were analyzed for alignment starting with a comparison of the descriptions of the five Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages Standards and the six ACTFL/CAEP Standards.

The level of alignment around the intent of each standard and the basic elements included in each document was determined as very strong: Each of the Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages was 90-95% aligned with one or more of the ACTFL/CAEP Standards.

Both ACTFL and CTI are committed to developing and maintaining standards to guide teacher preparation programs at colleges and universities to ensure highly qualified teachers of languages.
